The potential of your land or property

We speculatively develop throughout the East Midlands, and currently have in excess of £50 million worth of projects either under construction or in the development pipeline.

Where a property owner wishes to increase the value of their land, we will happily bring our expertise and bear all costs (often substantial) in return for a future share in the potential increase in land value.

Alternatively we can acquire land outright, paying a market value for the land without planning. In this circumstance it may be appropriate to agree a formula for a further payment to the land owner upon receipt of planning.

As well as a comprehensive speculative build programme, we also offer a bespoke build service to suit the individual occupiers needs.

The environment & client needs

We maintain a policy to ensure that there is minimal impact on the environment. Due consideration is given to issues of ecology, landscape and wildlife to ensure, where possible, that sustainable development takes place.

Funding
