Langham Park Developments is a professional, customer focused, cost effective and innovative commercial property development company. We specialise in office and industrial development throughout the East Midlands. We are also involved with other types of development including residential and mixed use schemes.
A wealth of experience
Langham Park Developments is a private company managed and run by joint owners Fin Mitchell and Mike Wrigley. Between us we draw on considerable experience, having been involved in many key schemes throughout the East Midlands.
We are a deliberately small company who draw on considerable expertise via our long term relationships with key consultants including amongst others:

Fin and Mike established Langham Park Developments in 2004 to consolidate their resources and experience and to provide a refreshing, flexible alternative to the mainstream developers.
